Free ClassesPrepared Childbirth Classes
A free two-part series for expectant mothers and their coaches, prepared childbirth classes cover the basics of healthy pregnancy, labor and birth all led by a registered nurse.

Big Brother/Big Sister Class
Held monthly, this class is designed to help new big brothers and sisters know what to expect when the new baby joins the family.

Breastfeeding Class
This "Mommy-only" class is for first-time breastfeeding moms who will receive information on the basics of breastfeeding. Refresher courses are available too.

Location: Conference Room 2, on the first floor of the hospital

    (One day session, Saturday 1:00–5:00 p.m.)

    (One day session, Saturday 1:00–5:00p.m.)
Breastfeeding Class – 7:00 p.m.
Location: Conference Room 3, on the first floor of the hospital.
