Free Classes for Expectant Families

Prepared Childbirth Classes

Prepared childbirth classes are free and open to expectant mothers and their coaches who plan to deliver their babies at Texoma Medical Center. The 4-hour class covers the basics of healthy pregnancy, labor and birth. Classes are led by a registered nurse.

Big Brother/Big Sister Class

Held monthly, this class is designed to help new big brothers and sisters know what to expect when the new baby joins the family.

Location: All Conference Rooms are located on the first floor of the hospital

Breastfeeding Class

This "Mommy-only" class is for first-time breastfeeding moms who will receive information on the basics of breastfeeding. Refresher courses are available too.
