Discover help for the tough stuff. Managing nutrition. Creating a workable eating plan. Adjusting to new foods and new portions. Sticking to an exercise program. Wardrobe changes. How are people reacting to you. And most importantly, how do you feel? Whatever issues you’re experiencing as a result of your weight loss, it helps to be with other people who are going through some of the same changes.
Meetings are held the last Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. thru August 2016.
Meetings will be held on the fourth Monday of the month, beginning in September 2016.
