Weight-Loss Support GroupWeight-loss Surgery Support Group

Are you gonna go this one alone? Why?

Share your good news. Many people who have weight-loss surgery not only lose weight, they reverse weight-related problems like high blood pressure, joint pain, troubled sleep, high cholesterol and diabetes.

Discover help for the tough stuff. Managing nutrition. Creating a workable eating plan. Adjusting to new foods and new portions. Sticking to an exercise program. Wardrobe changes. How are people reacting to you. And most importantly, how do you feel?

Whatever issues you’re experiencing as a result of your weight loss, it helps to be with other people who are going through some of the same changes.
