TMC Weight Loss Challenge

Are you looking for a fun way to lose weight?

The TMC Weight Loss Challenge may just be what you need. This 8-week program offers you a chance to not only lose weight, but to learn about nutrition, cardiovascular conditioning, weight training and stress management, as well as to give and get support. You'll compete individually against others during weekly fitness challenges. Weekly weigh-ins and fun challenges help you achieve your goals.

Rules:

  • Weigh-in on set days/times
  • Must be 18 or older; 12 and up if with a parent
  • No lap band or gastro bypass surgery two months prior to, or during competition

Orientation: March 19, 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room 1
Start Date: March 22

Fees: $35 per person (non-refundable) must be paid prior to first weigh-in.
