Texoma Medical Center Breaks Ground on ER at Anna
The groundbreaking ceremonies for ER at Anna, a service of Texoma Medical Center, took place on Friday, November 1 at 10:00 a.m. at 2710 Hackberry Drive, just north of the water tower near Walmart Super Center in Anna, Texas.
ER at Anna will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to serve patients who experience medical emergencies and is due to open in fall 2020. It will be the region’s second freestanding emergency facility to be operated under the license of Texoma Medical Center, the leading trauma center in Grayson County. ER at Anna will accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
This location will offer private exams rooms and a comprehensive range of services, including a laboratory and diagnostic imaging equipment (CT scans, X-rays, MRI and ultrasound). In the event a patient needs hospitalized care, ER at Anna will provide direct admission to Texoma Medical Center, or transfer to a hospital of the patient’s choosing.
